Welcome to The Adaptive Mindset. I'm Bret Gallant, cybersecurity thought leader and founder of Adaptive Office Solutions. Here, we don't just talk tech. We unlock the strategies, stories, and mindset shifts you need to stay secure, lead boldly, and thrive in a digital world. Let's get started. Welcome back to The Adaptive Mindset. I'm very pleased to have with me today Artie and Anne. Artie, welcome to the show. I would love to have you introduce yourself to our audience, and let's dive in. Thanks for having me, Brett. I'm really excited. So, to whoever is listening, to your audience, hello, my name is Aarti Anand. I have built software all my adult life. That's all I knew. And then I thought corporate, and in the beginning, after my PhD academia, that was gonna be my home forever. But I realized I wasn't happy. So I don't know what I was looking for, but I just knew that I wasn't happy. So I went 3 years ago and I started my own company and it's called Codenix AI. And while I was trying to figure out what I want to sell, who I want to sell it to, like what I, what do I want to do with my life after I turned 40? I started this company and I did what most people don't do. I went to other business owners. And I asked them, you've been running this business for a while, what are you struggling with? And a common theme emerged is everybody who was running a business, they were wearing 15 different hats at the same time, and they were wearing them as a badge of honor. And I thought to myself, wow, I hate how that sounds. I hate how that looks. I never wanna build a business like that. So funny enough, AI came along at exactly the same time, and I started playing with it. And I had already built software. I had led teams, engineering teams, for the last 10 years. And I was like, we're good at building. We've built software. What can we do with AI that can help the people who are running their business, or someone like me who is starting in new business. So what— so we basically built some automations, we built some systems, and then we gave away to business owners to play with it. And then surely but slowly enough, they saw the results, and that's what we started selling. Um, and I do a lot of content, so I kept doing content, and one day some of my previous colleagues saw what I was doing, and they introduced us to one of the biggest nonprofits in Colorado. And they told, this person does AI, she has a team, they have built a company, you might want to talk to them. And they came and we talked, and they didn't know where to start with AI. They had no plan. And I said, okay, let me audit your business and see what I find. So as a result of that, we found that they were running at least 20 different workflows in their organization at any given time. Okay. And we audited 7 of their departments. We found half a million in savings that they could implement tomorrow. in one of the workflows. And that became how we would go inside a business. We would audit their operations for 4 weeks. And we would easily find half a million in one process within a company that was already doing $40 million a year. Yes. So that's what we do now. We go inside a mid-market, any company that's doing $10 to $50 million ARR, or annual expenses if it's a nonprofit, we go inside their operations for 4 weeks at a time. We look at how they work today. We score every opportunity that could improve with AI, and we redesign their processes as AI-first processes. And then in the end, we give them a one-pager that they can go, go take it to their board tomorrow in the meeting and crush that meeting. Yeah. Because that one-pager will have one number that they could save tomorrow if they take our 90-day plan. And implement it. So I want to reel back first for a moment and ask you a few questions because this sounds very fascinating. It's very timely. I have a lot of experience and beliefs about AI, but I'm going to go somewhere where, where is on my heart right now. That conversation with other founders and business leaders, the badge of honor. How often are you seeing that, the badge of honor? And did you ever have that badge of honor? Oh, for sure. When I started, think about this. Like, I was leading engineering teams in corporate. I had one job. You get up, you make sure they have what they do. And then you make sure the product goes to market. Yeah. When I started my business, you start from literally ground zero unless you're buying a business that's already thriving. And when I say you, and you, you must have experienced that too, you start from ground zero, which means zero clients, zero case studies. Yes. I don't know how much you have in your bank account when you start, but you also start with zero confidence. And I think that's the part that most people don't understand, is it's okay to be zero in all of those categories when you start. It's totally okay because you— it's like having a new baby from scratch, from day zero. Yes. You'll have to nurture it. You'll also have to take care of yourself while you're nurturing the other human or a baby or a business. And then you make sure on days when you have not slept, when you have not taken care of yourself, and you wake up so grumpy, and you feel like everything is falling
apart, you have one job:to not give up on that day. Yes, yes. And then you keep going and you keep You keep the promises you've, you've made when you started the business. You keep, you keep that one promise to yourself. And in the end, you'll figure it out. Yeah. But that journey is what makes you who you become at the end of it. And everybody starts with zero, all zeros in every single department. But then you just have to focus on Which demon am I fighting with today? Is it the fact that I have no leads? Is it the fact that my sales calls suck so bad that I don't want to listen to myself? Is it the fact that I have made $0 until today? Or is it the fact that I don't have any case studies yet? Whichever one you decide, But there has to be one priority. And yes, when you wear multiple hats, you can be the marketer, you can be the janitor, you can be the motivator in your business to your team. But at the end of the day, the business cannot outgrow your own personal development, the self-work that you have done on yourself. Mm-hmm. And when you get on a sales call, people see that, they can smell it. And either they want to have you in their corner, or they want you to work on yourself before they buy from you. Yeah, I can, I totally can relate with that, especially my own journey, my own transformation. 100% belief and 100% clarity. I know, and I speak to a lot of founders. There's different parts, paths along the journey where you're wearing multiple hats, doing everything yourself, and sometimes sales don't go well. And I see it all the time. I'm— after this conversation, I'm going to be speaking with somebody in my industry, and I know they're struggling with sales. But you've talked a bit about belief and mindset here for a moment in that. Yeah. And the thing that people do miss is sometimes you have to act as if and have that belief in your product. And if people don't— if people can feel that you don't believe in your product, they're not going to buy from you. And it's the mindset though that people forget though, especially when you're new, when you're starting your business, you don't have that confidence yet. And equally so, what you said a little bit, you're wearing too many hats, so you're not taking care of yourself. Like, that's— there's that mindset that which I had myself. If, if it's got to be done, it's got to be— it's going to be done by me. And you've, you've seen that, obviously. So. I have. And I— the only reason, the only way to get out of it is Why do you think that it's better when it's done by me? Maybe that's, maybe that's true, right? But then you also have to accept the fact that anybody who's built a business, they've not done it alone. Yeah. So yes, you, it is 100% better when it's done by you. Yeah. But then if it's only 80% better when it's done by someone else, Does it open up the rest of the 20% with new opportunities that you may get? You have to do the math. Yes. And the math has to math. And if the math is mathing, you have to let it go. Yes, yes. You have to let go of things to allow other things to come into your life. And what's interesting, you know, in the industry, what you're working in is AI. We have the biggest tool right now that can help us with that. And what have been, you know, like in your day-to-day, have you used AI to challenge your mindset? Oh, all the time. All the time. I'll tell you this. Yes. When I started selling the audits, yes, I think I heard someone selling it for $2,000. Yeah. And I was like, that sounds cool. I'm gonna do that. Yes. And when I say this, I say this with all my heart because I know what it feels like to start a new business when you have no clients. Because I've lived it. So you start somewhere. That somewhere can be$5. That somewhere can be $500. That somewhere can also be $2,000. You can't let that one number dictate if I'm gonna start or not. That's wrong. Yes. You pick one and you go with it. So I went with$2,000. Someone bought it. And I actually, when they told me, how much does it cost? I didn't know what to say. I just said$1,999. Yes, yes. And they said, send me the link, I'll do it right now. That's when I knew $2,000 is not a big deal for anybody who's doing close to $5 million, $10 million business. It's not. Right on. But then, yeah, but then you have, you have to test it. You know why? Because you have to believe that it'll work out before anybody else does. Yes. When I said $19.99 and they said yes, my brain got the signal. There's nothing to fear. Yes. You can say that price and people will say yes. Yep. Okay, so that's how I was selling. Next time I said $3,000. Next time I said $3,500. People still bought. So then I found this prompt from someone who's really big in their industry, and they said, Use this prompt to challenge your offer, and it'll give you all the reasons why you won't be able to sell and the offer will fail. So I took it, and then I ran in Claude, and it said,"Who are you targeting?" And I had sold to a forty million company already, and they said. Why would a $40 million company trust someone who's selling an audit for$3,000? Do you know how much McKinsey charges? And then I went through the output back and forth, back and forth. So fast forward to today when I sell. I have 3 pricing tiers. If you're doing $10 to $20 million, we're going to come in and audit for$25,000. Yes. If you're doing $20 to $50 million, now the complexity is more. You have more departments, you have more headcount, you have more dead bodies that I have to deal with. So that goes from $25K to $50K. Yes. And then if you're, if you're a company, any organization doing $50 million plus, our pricing is$95,000. So you have to just sit with that for a second. To anybody who's listening, and they think my offer is bad, I have zero clients, zero case studies. I started with$19.99. offer, USD. And you know, you were negotiating with yourself. Yeah, sorry, keep going. Sorry. Yeah. Yeah. And then I submitted a proposal for $95K to a big organization in Canada. What I want you to take away from this conversation is you're probably your biggest enemy. when it comes to putting yourself out there. But guess what? Nobody's coming. Yes, nobody's coming. So you have to take that bet on yourself. And if you don't believe it, how are you gonna make anybody else believe it? 100%. There's so many people listening right now that are struggling with that. I know I've struggled with that. You have to take— for the Canadians out here and the hockey fans, what Wayne Gretzky said, you miss 100% of the shots you don't take. And if you don't take a shot, number one, coming up with the right offer at the right price, sometimes your offer, you may not be getting it, not only because of your belief in your mindset, Because your offer was priced too low. They're not going to think you're credible if you're coming in at, let's say, a project that should be$25,000 and you price it at$5,000. They're going to say, okay, are they going to bring the meat and potatoes, the substance to it? So absolutely, you have to believe it. And I think Sometimes along the way as founders, when we're starting, when you're at zero, it takes a while to get that belief. And you obviously found it. Is there— so was that moment when you used that AI prompt, was that the moment where everything clicked on that belief? No, I think that just sharpened it a little bit. Okay. The reason why I think people just take longer and sit with something for 3 months, they could have made that decision in an afternoon. I think you— I talked to someone and they said, we were part of the same community, When he had joined, the community was $30 a month. A year later, when I joined, that creator had become really big, and I think I joined at maybe $300 a month, which was still pennies compared to what I was trying to get at. Yes. And he said he booked a call And he said he basically wanted to pick my brain on how am I going so fast. And then he said, well, I am already— I have a full-time job. Looks like you left the 9 to 5 to do this. But the good news is that I'm only paying $30 a month for that community. So even if I don't make much progress in 6 more months, I'm only losing like this much. And I was like, I didn't say anything, but I was like, wow. But you could also have taken that opportunity to learn everything you need to learn, and you could be making $20K a month already. But every month you're not making it, you're— I see it as you're losing $20,000 a month, and you're seeing it as I'm only paying $30 a month. for that membership. It's how— what are the stakes for you? Yeah, I didn't leave my 9 to 5 to sit here and wait for someone to come to me and say, I need you, can you do this for me? I didn't leave my high-paying 6-figure job. No one's coming. It's up to you. No one is coming. Yeah. What are the stakes? What are, what are you so uncomfortable with sitting on a daily basis that you just cannot wait to get out of that bubble and go shine outside. If the stakes are high, you would just go do it because sitting here waiting is more painful than going out there, saying the price, saying your offer, getting rejected, someone saying no, you come back and then you feel like a failure, but then you get back again and then you make the same offer to someone else. Yeah. What are the stakes for you? If you're— if this pain is lower than that, then sure, let's just sit here and wait, and maybe people will buy from you. But if this pain you cannot tolerate, then you're willing to make a fool of yourself when someone says no and you feel like shit. But that's okay, I'm gonna do that again. Yeah, yeah. When— okay, so you're in the AI space. What has been the biggest shifts that you've seen from your clients and the board members and executive in the relation to AI? I'm curious what you're seeing. And there's the fear of hesitation. There's also the myth, and I've seen this countless times in what I'm doing, the myth that no one's using AI. Right. organization. Have you come across that? For sure. Shadow AI is a big challenge right now in organizations because everybody has access to those tools at $20 a month. Yes. They're going to use it, but the problem is bigger. I think leadership needs to give their boards an answer. But they have not done the work. Why haven't they done the work? Because the way adoption works in any form of technology, not just AI, you have to sit with how are we operating today? Where are we trying to go? Where is the industry in general is shifting because of AI? Are we adopting it, or are we sitting and waiting for too long, and then we may be wiped out, or maybe part of our services will be wiped out because they're gonna be commoditized because of AI? Yeah. So if your customer is paying, say, $200 for that service today, because of AI, if that gets commoditized and someone, your competitor, is able to produce the same outcome for $2 and sell it for $2, Nobody's going to pay you that when someone else is paying this with the same quality and the same output. Yeah, yeah. So that's, they have to sit with that. So when I run the audit, one of the outcomes is all the workflows we find at the end of week 1, in week 3, we're going to put them in 2 buckets. It's either run or reinvent. When I say run, that means what you're doing today in your business for that particular workflow, you're still doing it right. We just have to clean it up, make sure it's optimized. When we optimize it, it's going to run faster and better and with less money, probably less headcount, right? Yeah. So we do that, and then we redesign and we implement it. They get to save money and it could come at, let's say, $40 million company. If they save half a million in one workflow and the breakeven is 2 months after the install. So if they, if they show their board, we're saving half a million here, half a million here, quarter a million here, they are showing $5 million in savings in year one. That's— I roughly start with putting 70% of the workflows here. But it depends on the business, the organization, how they are running. 30% is where I want them to make bets. And that's where they are dreaming. That's where they are making bigger risks. And that's how they think about restructuring the work in the first place. Yeah. So what are we doing today, which is going to be challenged so soon that we have to really sit back and think from scratch how we're doing it, why we are doing it this way, what is the better way to do it, are we gonna be even in business if we keep doing it this way. But that's only 30% of the bets. You save cash and get the runway from 70% by optimizing how you work today, and then put that towards 30% of the bigger bets that you're making. My goal for them is to be ahead of their industry and lead the pack. Yes. Yeah. That's what everybody needs to do. I have things in my business that I do that we could optimize, but then I'm also restructuring how work gets done today. So I'm also taking those 30% of the bets because think about it, everybody on planet Earth is selling you AI right now. Why would you believe me? Why would you give me $25K when someone else is able to do it for $3,000? Yeah, yeah. If you're not using it yourself, like, where's the credibility and the belief in your own product? I, I, I'm just seeing way too much of it right now that people— there's still people ignoring it, the, the, the, the opportunity right now to leverage AI. And it's scary how many people are not leveraging the opportunity, but at the same time, not having a plan on how to use it securely and how to— and not even doing an audit like what you do to see where workflows can be improved. As I, like, we've adopted AI, And I believe that AI enhances leaders. I think of AI as my second brain. I use it as a thought leader. I have it challenge me. I've had it challenge my beliefs, just like my mindset about pricing. It challenged me similar to you. It said, hold it. If you price it at this point, You're totally missing this other opportunity to offer this service with it as well. So AI can help you see the blind spots, but you have to have a plan. I think any new wave of technology, when it's revolutionizing the way things get done, how you give service to your customers, how the business works on any regular Monday. I think when a new wave of technology comes, and then how leaders behave towards it, it just exposes the leadership in general. Yeah. So, leaders who scrutinize the opportunity, but they also see the value and they like to move fast once they have done their due diligence, you'll see them as early adopters. Yes. And there is a reason why early adopters win, because they're also willing to take risks compared to everybody else. So if you look at history, every time a new wave comes, history basically repeats itself. If you look at the history, you'll see there were some early adopters. And then there was a wave that came later, and then there is also a third batch that is the last adopting in any site. So you can already see who won, but they also went with a plan when they were adopting. Yes. So when we work with leaders, we have lots of early adopters coming in, but They don't ask me— my favorite people and clients that I worked with and who are still working with me, if I have gone and done the audit of all the people, what did they have in common? I had one simple answer. They asked me why and what more than the how. Yeah. They left how on me. Because they're like, you are supposed to be the expert. I don't need to tell you how. Why are we talking about the how? You can figure that out. I just want to stay on the what and the why. And that's also become a very easy filter for me when I want to work with someone. If someone just sits here and wants me to explain them how, I just know we're not going to be— we're not going to work very well together. It's going to be hard. Yeah. Yeah. So that also has become a filter for me is how do I vet who I work with? So, Arti, right now, AI stage, do you believe we're still in the early adopters stage or are we, are we past that now? We are. We are still very early. Very early. Okay. So everyone listening, Listen up. If you're not leveraging AI, if you're not working with someone like Artie, you, you owe it to yourself and your business to consider the opportunity right now to elevate your business, elevate your thinking, elevate the opportunity by using AI to improve your process. Your workflows. Biggest opportunity right now. And you may be scared, but right now you're talking to the guy who's seen technology revolutions already. I, you know, when we were— when you were talking earlier about the early adoption phase, I've been in IT industry for some time. When I was working for a construction fabrication company before I started my business, the way we got mail from one office to the other was interoffice mail when we would put it in the taxi and send it over. Yeah. I had the 2 emails. So, what are we doing right now in all of our businesses that we need to look at our relationship With how we're doing things and say, is there an opportunity right now how AI can help me do this better and more efficiently with a plan? For sure. I think, I mean, the opportunities became more once we went from doing math on a piece of paper and fingers, from that to calculator. Yes, yes, yes, yes. Then opportunities increased when we went from calculator to a spreadsheet. Yes. When we went from people walking into our store to being present online. Yes. Right? The world is— you can think of it as everything is against me and Social media is bad and this is wrong and that in my life is wrong. Or you could just wake up and say, I pay for internet, maybe $20 a month. I have a laptop already. I have a Wi-Fi connection. I have a good effing brain. Yes, ma'am. What can I wake up and make today? If— what can I do better? Yeah, but it depends on how hungry and how much of a mindset you have, because like you said before, no one's coming unless you step up. Yeah, I mean, someone listening right now, that— please step up for yourself and for your community, for your loved ones. You got something on your heart right now. Yeah. And then any— I mean, if you're not taking action, I just— probably one of the reasons is fear. Yeah. What would people think? I'm gonna look stupid. Nobody is gonna believe me. All of those are legit reasons. But if you never start, none of those fears will go away. But if you start today, you'll have less fear. 7 days from now, you'll have a lesser fear. 30 days from now, you have no fear. If you keep doing that for 60 days— Oh, I, I like to think of this fear like a lot of times we have fear being in the driver's seat, but it's time to put fear in the passenger. And I, a lot of times now when I'm thinking about something that's that I'm fearful of, or stepping into who I am and opportunity, I think of the time when I was in an amusement park and my daughter got on the ride. She wasn't going to go on, and she was hesitant. She almost got off, but the moment she did the ride, Guess what? Guess who wants to go back on the ride? Fear is like that in our business. Yeah. You know, like that fear of leveraging AI, the fear of starting something, that fear is holding— is false evidence appearing real, holding you back. Yeah, yeah. I just, I, I like to think it this way, is I am not gonna live forever. Yes. Who cares what anybody else thinks? Yeah, this— I mean, I'm already 40, right? I'm not gonna do this forever. One day I'll have grandkids. So like, who cares? Just do the thing what makes you happy. And maybe if you're listening, you're in your 20s, 30s, at some point you just, you stop negotiating with yourself. You wake up and you do the thing that made that day worth it. And that's with my own business. That's the only thing I'm looking for. Everybody who DMs me and says, how can I work together? Yeah. It's just because they see the value in building something that you're proud of. And then I show up that way. And then anybody who's missing that in their life, when they see my content and they say, is there any way, any opportunity I can work with you? You, you create the tribe. You wake up and you have a team who loves working with you, and you're also, you know, their goals, and you're trying to go there together. Just nobody should do it alone. No, no, you bring, bring everybody with you. What are you most proud of right now, Arti? I think just like in the beginning I said, when you wake up, when you are an entrepreneur, you wake up every day, you're not gonna feel the same way every single day. And when I say that, I say that with all my honesty, is most of the days it's gonna be bad. But then as long as you don't give up on those days, you're gonna do just fine and you're gonna figure it out. It's my promise to you. I've been doing that for 3 years now. The only thing that makes me so proud even today, and I think it's gonna carry me through all those years that I've planned for my entrepreneurship, is I was not happy in my 9-to-5. I was making a lot of money. I have a PhD in math and computer science. Doing a 9-to-5 was the dream I've told myself for 25 years, maybe more than that. Hmm. And then one day, I decided to let it go. Because I knew in my heart, I was not being honest with myself. I was already 41, 42 when I had let the job go. What I'm most proud of is, when I am not happy, I listen to myself. You have to give yourself the priority that you need as a human being. If you don't do that, guess what? Every other person in your life you're not going to show up for them the way you need to be. I have 3 young kids under the age of 12. Yeah, yeah. What am I teaching them if I'm not listening to myself? If I don't practice self-care, right? They're watching. So that's the thing I want you to take away from this conversation is when you take care of yourself, when you listen to yourself, You're not selfish. You are becoming the version of yourself that other people will be proud of because first you're proud of yourself. Yeah. And you cannot— that cannot show up on your face unless it's inwards. So you start from there. And I think that that was probably the best decision I made when I was scared. I, like I said, I had zero clients, zero case studies. No proof. But I had one rule, which you've probably seen in my content too. You're allowed to be underqualified for anything that you do in life, but you're never allowed to be underprepared. Yeah. You prepare more than anybody else in the room. And I promise you'll crush the sales calls, you'll crush the the content, because that's— you're prepared more than anybody else. Well, the other thing too, in addition to that, there's so many people that are not even— to use a baseball analogy— stepping up to plate or shooting their shot, coming to the meetings, making the calls, making the efforts. And How are you going to win if you don't do that? And your self-care was being proud of starting this journey of entrepreneurship and self-care being proud to— because our children are watching us, our loved ones are watching us, our communities are watching us. And there's so many times as entrepreneurs, Business leaders, to use the plane analogy, when you're on the plane, they tell you to put your own oxygen mask on before you help others. So many times as founders, leaders, we forget to do that. We don't put our oxygen mask on. It's, it's just, it's part of social conditioning. Yes. When you take care of yourself, you're called selfish. And I'm just telling you, we're living in 2026, buddy. No way. Yeah. Just, you know, accept that it's all part of social conditioning. Let that go. You're not selfish. Break free from that programming. Yeah. Like, for me, I had that mindset that I had to be at work at 6 in the morning and work all hours. And when it came time for the gym or go for a nature walk, I didn't have time. Yeah, that was completely backwards. You have to prioritize yourself so you can take care of others. Yeah, whatever limiting beliefs you have today, if you let them go, you're basically cutting the cord there. And then you're teaching your kids, you're not passing it on to them. No, which is how I see the bigger picture here. Yeah. And Pivoting it back, if you're not taking care of your business with AI, you're, you're missing out on one of the biggest opportunities because we're still in the early adoption phase. For sure. And this is, this is a timely message, especially from the increased questions and, and the work I'm doing with, with people I speak to. It's out there. How do, how do people connect with you, Aarti? Yeah, we're on every social media you can imagine. But if you connect with me on Instagram and you tell me that you came from Brett's show, I'll send you a little gift that could help you run the audit in your own business. And it'll give you the number that will be a very clear X-ray of where are you losing the opportunity in your business today and how can AI help there. Okay, and a couple questions. What are you most excited about this year? This year? Oh, this year we're trying to scale. Yeah, so, um, we are a team of 5. I have 2 people on the content side, 2 people who work on the fulfillment side. I am the person who's sales and marketing forward and facing. It would be nice to have someone come over, train on my framework so they can take care of marketing. And I think I just want to stay on the sales side. So we're trying to scale both in terms of revenue, also in terms of bringing more people in and teaching them what I've done in the first 3 years. Yes. And then have them grow with us inside the business. And maybe someday They might want to leave, start their own thing, but we need people to help us right now. So I am in the scaling mode. Absolutely. You, you have— pour into your people. That's the biggest thing. And I, I think sometimes we're just too afraid to do that. Pouring into people allows you truly to buy back your time and to grow. Is, um, any final thoughts before we go, Arti, that you'd like to share with Sure. I think based on the conversation we have had, I think a couple of things stood out to me is what to do when you're not confident and how do you take that first step. So my only comment after doing this for so long is, again, nobody's coming. You can sit and wait for that day to come when you feel confident, or you could just get up and do it. Yeah. Do the thing, fall on your face, and then take that as a data point. And then go do it again, and then take that as another data point. And then after 30 days, whatever weird feeling and butterflies you had in your stomach, they'll go away. I think one of the pieces of content that went out yesterday was my goal is for everybody to get on a sales call. and have a boring heartbeat. And that's what I call confidence, because it is. Yes, yes. Yeah. Incredible. Arti, uh, thank you so much for being a guest today. I really appreciate the conversation. And for everyone listening, I want you to take a moment and think of one of two people that you know that you know well that could benefit from this conversation. We touched on many things. We touched on fear, belief, touched on AI, early adoption. There's somebody that you know that needs to hear Artie's words, and it would be a great honor if you shared that and let her know. DM her, DM her to get her framework, but also just to let her know that you impacted So, Aarti, thank you so much today. It was great to, to have this conversation. Of course.
